I can tell you now, I'm using the most recent FF (25.0.1) with Adblock, Xmarks, Lastpass as plugins.and Chrome is much quicker in general web browsing, having 5-7 heavy tabs which I have open generally. And actually use the Chrome Task Manager and not the Windows Task Manager, it will report incorrect memory usage since Chrome separates everything per plugin and webpage unlike FF which is a all in one firefox.exe reported. Hi MrBurd, I believe the reason to why Chrome is a resource hog is because it loads each page, extension, and plugin in a different instance than one another.
